Xia Chen,University of Tennessee数学系教授,入选国家“千人计划”。研究兴趣主要有:limit laws, large and moderate deviations, intersection local times。在国内外知名杂志发表论文58篇,国际概率学科排名前五的杂志共16篇,其中Ann. Probab. 15篇,Ann. Appl. Probab. 1篇。2010年出版《Random Walk Intersections: Large Deviations and Related Topics》一书。
内容提要:
The hottest topic in recent couple of years is perhaps the KPZ equation, Posted by physists in eighties in describing the interface model. The recent Mathematical progress by Martin Hairer (2013, Ann. Math) links this problem to Anderson model with time-space white noise through Hopf-Cole transform. In this talk, we will establish the space asymptotics for the system of Anderson models and apply our results to KPZ. The talk is introductory and more to the background than math details.
